Basketball is one of the favorite sports for teenagers. The basketball court in Vanke residence community was originally open-air, without any roof covering, and it could not be shaded and sheltered. The weather has directly affected the usage rate of the court.

BDiR carefully considers the opinions of the property. Proposed a perfect solution. We installed column around the full-size basketball court, each column up to 10 meters high. The lightweight awning is covered with the PVDF membrane with very good light transmission. Due to the light weight of tensile structure and the good stress point, the large span and the middle column are well realized, effectively increasing the overall area of the space, and the roofing is also Cover the seat area on both sides.
During the rainy season, the space frame structures can be kept as durable as possible by the flushing of rainwater.        construction process simulation, numerical wind tunnel simulation.
    Step 2: Membrane Fabrication

    Membrane fabrication plays an important role in the tensile structure.

    There are many fabrics (PVC, PVDF, PTFE, ETFE) in the market, they come from all over the world, they have different characteristics and prices, different welding or joining techniques. We will make the best choices from structural design, project location and our customer budget.
      Step 3. Steel Fabrication

      Tensile structure are made of steel structural members that are welded
      and painted in our factory.

      Paint thickness detection, ultrasonic testing,
