DESCRIPTION

Haikuo water park is located in Ningbo, China. It is connected to Songlan Mountain National “AAAA” Scenic Tourist Area in the north, which has become the first major functional project to be built in Damuwan district.

The project was designed by OKE, a famous Korean water parks design company. The entire park covers an area of 376 acres, with a total investment of 400 million Yuan. The amusement park is based on the local legends "White Elephant Fairy" and "Donghai Four Treasures" anime story. With the theme of marine cultural amusement and fishing culture experience, the main port of Xiaofei, the waves of the East China Sea, the small harmonic playground, and the shock More than 30 small items in 8 major sections, such as Tao Nu Hai Adventure, Secret Garden and SPA Village. “The park receives 14, 000 tourists in a day and receives 500, 000 tourists a year. The water park is with great significance to enriching the Ningbo tourism product system and developing marine cultural tourism.

In May 2018, BDiR finished the project. Including the park gate, rest pavilion , etc. The entire project uses 180 tons of steel and it has a area of 5, 000 square meters. We are solely responsible for on-site measurement, in-depth design, production and installation. The steel fabric structure is complex in shape and belongs to the spatial structure system, which is bound to bring difficulties in space measurement. Each time a single unit is measured, several positions are sought, but the spatial structure sense is still highly compatible with the surrounding facilities.

The span of entrance gate tensile structure is over 22 meters. Such a long span has very high requirements on welding quality and steel quality, and it is more necessary to ensure stability and safety!

DESIGN & MODEL

INSTALLATION


       Step 1: Design

       BDiR use the latest tensile structural design software to produce
       detailed tensile structural designs.


       Including:
       BIM model design (building information modeling), 
       finding and load analysis,  integrated building design,
       joint force analysis, membrane cutting analysis,
       construction process simulation, numerical wind tunnel simulation.
    Step 2: Membrane Fabrication

    Membrane fabrication plays an important role in the tensile structure.

    There are many fabrics (PVC, PVDF, PTFE, ETFE) in the market, they come from all over the world, they have different characteristics and prices, different welding or joining techniques. We will make the best choices from structural design, project location and our customer budget.


      Step 3. Steel Fabrication

      Tensile structure are made of steel structural members that are welded
      and painted in our factory.


      We will conduct the following procedures with high standards:
      Paint thickness detection, ultrasonic testing,
      magnetic particle testing,
    high-strength bolt torque testing,
      cable pre-tensioning, rust removal ,

      pre-assembly inspection, painting, etc.

    Step 4: Cable Fabrication

    Cable and hardware fittings are procured from the most reliable and certified vendors of the industry in compliance with the international quality standards.

    Cable fabrication are proceed under guidance of our skilled and experienced experts.


      Step 5: Installation

      The installation of the tension structure is critical to the overall success
      of the project.


      We will provide on site installation service. Our project manager will work
      with the client to coordinate the structure installation on site.  Including
      steel structure installation, membrane lifting and measure tension. If you
      prefer self-installation, we'll send you detailed instructions so it can be
      easily installed.


    Step 6: The Future

    Our service will not end at the time of delivery and installation!
